Dan likes watching The Simpsons ~ a famous TV show. He also LOVES films,

Two which are his favorite are, "12 Angry Men", and "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" which stars Johnny Depp.

 He has a very strong admiration for punk music bands such as The Pixies, The Clash, and The Sex Pistols, and his taste in music has inspired many of his fans with curiosity.

He also plays the bass guitar and had practiced a lot, however, due to a very heavy film and school schedule in 2005, he admits that the guitar lessons have ceased for now. Dan also expressed an interest to learn to cook.

Dan expressed his interest of acting by the age of five, and was involved in a small play in school. Unfortunately, he missed the role in "Oliver Twist"   but soon landed luckily on playing David in David Copperfield. 

"A friend suggested that I audition, as a bit of fun, for the role of David Copperfield.  I never expected to actually get the part as I knew there would be hundreds of boys trying for it, so when I did, it came as a huge surprise."

In 2001,Dan was accepted for playing Harry Potter in the Harry Potter and the Socere's Stone ~ Author of books : J.K.Rowling.

And is still Starrung in all parts of Harry Potter ~ and The Chamber Of Secrets, and Prizoner Of Azkaban, and Goblet Of Fire. Dan has openly admitted that he will also portray "Harry" in the fifth film,Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which begins filming in January 2006.

Daniel has proved himself through all the stars that are years elder than himself.. and has shown all the talent and ambition to draw attention and admiration to him. We support him.. but always remember that he has his own private life like any of us, and should be well respected.
